PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOP   About the workshop

Avoiding and resolving potential conflicts with trustees: an emerging model for closer, more flexible relationships.

Monday 27th February 2006

Led by: John Batting, CEO, Punter Southall

The current pension fund deficit climate is putting greater attention on the role of pension scheme advisers and the balance of power in the management of pension schemes. It is vital that advisers now work more closely together to avoid conflict and to ensure the maximum investment potential is reached. This intensive one-day workshop will give you practical tools to manage your trustee relationship better and to avoid possible action by trustees should an issue of negligence or general mismanagement arise.
